Let’s Stage it offers comprehensive consulting for the entire home, inside and out. We begin with curb appeal and address the issues to make the best impression possible. We will walk through your home taking pictures and notes to provide the homeowner with a detailed home staging report on how to maximize your home’s selling potential. This report provides staging recommendations for furniture placement, one color choice, de-cluttering recommendations, and cleaning and space planning advice. We will recommend what should stay and what should go. Our fees range from $150-$350 depending on the size of your home.
