Just a quick update on 29th Avenue. Looking great. Received multiple offers yesterday and should ratify something soon. Had 120 parties come through Sunday (about 200 people or more) and 40 agents on brokers’ tour Tuesday (many of whom I mentioned your name to and gave our your card).
